Executive findings

Australia is a highly connected, mobile-first market, but that alone does not tell us how many people operate or want to operate an OnlyFans account. Similarly, creator-led product discovery has become a mainstream marketing channel, but national consumer-shopping statistics cannot be treated as an estimate of adult-platform customers.

  • Mobile access is near-universal. ACMA reports 99.7% adult internet access, 97% mobile internet access and 92% daily mobile internet use in 2025. [1]
  • Creator influence extends into buying decisions. IAB Australia says 61% of Australians discover brands through creators, rising to 85% among those under 40; this is broader creator marketing, not a measure of OnlyFans adoption. [2]
  • There is observable search interest in management. A limited Semrush Australia keyword snapshot dated 6 October 2026 shows monthly estimates of 20–90 searches for selected management/agency expressions; these should not be summed as a market size. [6]
  • Income and service-provider responsibilities matter. The ATO explicitly includes OnlyFans when discussing creator income and record keeping, while Australia's 2026 age-restricted material codes create obligations for applicable online services. [3] [4]
  • No reliable national OnlyFans earnings average is established here. Selected creator dashboard images already public on PRIME's Results page appear separately below as illustrative examples. They are not observations from an Australian research cohort, and no typical earnings claim follows from them.

1. Australia is connected and mobile-first

According to ACMA's February 2026 release covering 2025 behaviour, 99.7% of Australian adults used the internet, 97% accessed it via a mobile phone and 92% used mobile internet daily. ACMA's survey describes the Australian communications environment, not adult creator platforms. [1]

Implication for creators: a mobile-readable brand presence, accessible contact details and a reliable onboarding experience are sensible operating priorities. It would be incorrect to infer that 99.7% of adults are potential OnlyFans creators, subscribers or agency customers.

2. Creator discovery is mainstream—but different from OnlyFans management

On 17 September 2026 IAB Australia reported that 61% of Australians discover brands through creator content, with 85% among people under 40. Its Creator Connect research examines creator marketing and consumer purchase discovery, not OnlyFans market share or the number of adult-platform accounts. [2]

Implication for management: creators should evaluate which channels bring relevant audience attention, what they control, how traffic sources are measured and how brand relationships fit their content. The IAB figure must not be reused as an OnlyFans traffic forecast.

3. Australian search-demand snapshot for management services

PRIME retained a Semrush Australia keyword research snapshot from 6 October 2026. The following figures are estimated monthly searches for selected phrases, not counted Google users, verified live search-volume data, bookings or creator applications. Different spelling variations can overlap. This is a small, intentionally selected query set, not an exhaustive industry demand model.

Australia search phraseEstimated searches / monthIntent interpretation
onlyfans management90Broad management interest; user intent varies
only fans management50Spaced spelling variant
onlyfans agency50Broad agency comparison
onlyfans agency australia40Explicit Australia agency modifier
onlyfans management australia20Explicit Australia management modifier
onlyfans management agency australia20Explicit Australia agency + management modifier

What we can conclude: the tool identifies some AU search activity for management and agency queries. We cannot infer the number of creators in Australia, revenue potential, total Australian adult-platform demand or conversion rates from these six estimates.

PRIME's commercial pages separate management services and individual manager intent. This research page is informational and should not replace either commercial landing page.

4. What matters operationally, from a new creator to an established business

Management is not a single product. Its scope may include account strategy, promotion, fan messaging, commercial reporting and coordinating specialists. Different creators need different levels of support. A new creator should be able to ask questions and apply without needing an existing subscriber base or earnings history.

For creators starting out

Clarify who owns and controls the account, which services the team actually provides, how conversations and content are approved, what reporting is available, and the rules for leaving an agreement.

For growing and established creators

Confirm data access, reporting by revenue channel, messaging permissions, marketing attribution, fee calculation and exit handover. Avoid using a headline earnings screenshot as evidence of a typical result.

Revenue definitions cannot be skipped

Subscriptions, direct messages, tips and other paid features can be reported differently. A useful statement should distinguish gross fan payments, platform deductions, net platform proceeds, agency fees and creator take-home. The existence of a revenue stream does not prove what share it contributes across creators.

Some existing, already-published PRIME Results page images are shown below only as examples of individual account dashboards. They are not a defined Australian study sample, are not used to calculate any national earnings or performance claim, and do not establish typical results.

5. Australian tax and online-safety considerations in 2026

Tax treatment for online content creators

The Australian Taxation Office's creator guidance explicitly names platforms including OnlyFans and explains that creator income may be assessable, including cash payments, tips, platform earnings and non-cash benefits. Whether someone is carrying on a business depends on their activities; the ATO also emphasises accurate records of income and relevant expenses. Australian tax residency and cross-border circumstances need individual assessment. [3]

Online safety and age-restricted material

Australia's eSafety Commissioner explains that the first Age-Restricted Material Codes began applying on 27 December 2025 and further codes on 9 March 2026. These regulate relevant online service providers, including certain distribution, social, search and hosting services; the duties applicable to a specific creator, agency or platform depend on their actual role. These dates do not mean every adult creator personally needs the same age-verification system. [4] [5]

Important: This is general market information, not Australian legal, financial or tax advice. Australian creators should use current official guidance and appropriately qualified professionals for individual obligations.

6. Methodology and important limitations

How should I read these numbers?

ACMA: Australian adult internet access. IAB: creator-led product discovery, not OnlyFans usage. Semrush: estimates for a selected handful of AU search terms, not the size of the market. PRIME results: selected individual examples already published separately, not national earnings data.

Publication: 31 October 2026. Geographic frame: Australian audience and Australia-filtered search data. Publisher: PRIME Management, a commercial creator management service focused on the Australian market.

  • Layer A — government and independent industry sources. ACMA (internet access 2025, released 2026), IAB Australia (creator discovery, September 2026), ATO (tax treatment), eSafety (current industry codes). Figures retain each source's exact population and context.
  • Layer B — search-tool research. Semrush Australia estimated monthly keyword volumes saved by TITAN on 6 October 2026. Selected terms, no exhaustive crawl, no guaranteed precision and no summing of overlapping query variants. Volume estimates may change.
  • Layer C — excluded company evidence. Proprietary creator screenshots were not used to calculate national earnings or results. No country-verified, consented, standardised Australian creator cohort is presented.
  • Market-size limitation. This report does not measure the Australian OnlyFans user base, total creator revenues, platform subscriptions, active creators, average creator earnings, agency effectiveness or search-to-application conversion rates.
  • Commercial disclosure. PRIME offers creator management services and benefits commercially from applications; the report is an explanatory content asset, not independent third-party academic research.

8. Editorial factsheet and citation guidance

Journalists and researchers may use this page as a source directory. When citing a statistic, attribute it to the original organisation and preserve its actual population and period. These are concise summaries, not invented interviews or claims about OnlyFans users.

Australian digital access

ACMA reported that 99.7% of Australian adults used the internet in 2025, including 97% accessing it by mobile phone. This measures adult internet use, not OnlyFans participation. Original ACMA release.

Creator-led brand discovery

IAB Australia's September 2026 research reported brand discovery through creator content among 61% of Australians and 85% of those under 40. The finding concerns broader creator marketing, not OnlyFans. Original IAB release.

Independent market-data caveat: PRIME's six Australia-filtered Semrush keyword estimates are a selected snapshot from 6 October 2026. They should be described as estimated monthly search volumes of 20–90 per selected term, not a market census, not added into a total and not actual creator applications.
